Unravelling

Unravelling

I never knew your battles ,

Went on and waged my war;

it hit me from angles,

But you I did it for;

To be honest ,

Don’t wanna figure out who I am;

For the more I try to ,

I pretend that I’m stuck in the wrong tram;

So assign the blame ,

I’ll take the pain ,

I will be insane,

Whatever you may want to claim;

So I’m covered in ,

A pessimist;

The more I am ,

The less i fit;

Now the time has come ,

When all is said and done ;

To unravel who I really am :

The God I am wasn’t really just a scam .

Knowing.

 Knowing

As entrancing as can be ,

In touch that no one sees ;

I rust in prisons’ greed ,

With needs my hands can’t feed .

Stolen by art was I ,

Picturesque blood divine ;

Morality won’t survive ,

This incessant loop of life .

Words of the wise surround ,

Only to protect what’s around ;

Of what’s left of bones you can’t pronounce ,

Lies that must calm you down .

Masquerading a curse as a gift ,

A way of vision , I never could lift ;

Foresaw the end before my beginning ,

The blandness throughout ,so scrumptiously fitting .

My mind aged in years of the canine ,

Never caged by allures of the feline ;

Till my body tells me it’s time to resign ,

Might as well just stay as benign .
